All appointments now require a booking fee, due to last minute cancelations within the salon industry.
DEPOSITS will now be required when booking any services with us at HOLISTIC HAIR SPA.
For ALL SERVICES over $50.00 in total value Will Require a deposit of $56.00
FOR ALL SERVICES under $50.00 in total value Will require a 20% deposit of total value.
CANCELLATIONS
-24hrs before your appointment will result in 50% of total service cost
-12hrs or less notice will result in 100% of the reserved service amount.
we have changed text reminders to allow 48hrs prior to your scheduled/ booked hair services to allow for any changes made to your appointment.
we understand life can get busy, however I now require a CONFIRMATION of your attendance min 24hrs prior, If we have not heard from you, we assume you will not attend therefore appointment will be cancelled without further notice and deposit will be lost.
we now require all appointments to be confirmed either by text ‘Y’ or ‘N’ or by calling the salon on ph. 8596-8573 or mob. 0403-023-992
we understand that due to Covid-19 amongst our community things happen and isolation periods may be required.
However please don’t leave it until the time of your appointment to cancel as it doesn’t allow enough time to fill the space.
** Please be mindful I am currently running this Salon solo, this means if someone doesn’t turn up I don’t get paid, and therefore will impact keeping the salon open to be able to look after all of my beautiful clients. **
